“RINGARD” was created in January of 2020 in Paris, France, by three college students as a project for a fashion class. Literally meaning ‘tacky’, ‘old-fashioned’, or ‘out of style’, “RINGARD” is a blog about eye-catching Parisian style from the viewpoint of three Americans in Paris.
